I have worked in the accounting field since 1977, and received my accounting degree from University of South Florida in 1982, and my CPA designation in 1984. I have had several accounting positions but my passion is small business, and the satisfaction of knowing that I am instrumental in helping small business clients with their tax, payroll, accounting and QuickBooks needs. I love the daily interaction with the business owners. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, quilting and singing in my church's choir.

Robert Guerrera

VP - Operations

I am a systems analyst by trade, and received my degree from Nova University. For many years, I worked in the MIS department of AT&T and also the support center of GTE. At Millstone Accounting, I am in charge of the computers, office administration, accounts payable and accounts receivable. I am involved with Rotary, and currently serve as our chapter's president, with 17 years of perfect attendance.  In my free time, I enjoy hiking in the Smoky Mountains and any and all sports!

Bridget Miller, CPA

I have been with Millstone Accounting since October of 2006. After taking a brief sabbatical to be with my youngest of four sons, I am delighted to be back helping the people of East Tennessee with their tax, accounting and QuickBooks needs. I have a Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management, a Bachelor's in Health Care Services and an Associate's in Mathematics. I've been a licensed CPA since 2009, and I truly delight in helping small business owners understand their books, their taxes and their finances.  In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with Encore Theater Group in Morristown and spending time with my husband, Mike, and my four boys, Nick, Garrett, Alex and Aiden.

Kim Merritt-Preston

I've been with Millstone Accounting since 2000 and truly enjoy the work environment that Joyce and Bob provide for their employees and clients. I am married to Robin and have 2 beautiful children, Wesley and Emalyne. Working at Millstone allows me to work with the people and business owners of Sevier County and to be an integral part of my community.   I enjoy spending my free time with my family and being involved with the activities at Riverdale Baptist Church.
